Ghorepani Trek

This trek is interesting and relatively easy through spectacular mountains, forests of bright rhododendron and a variety of rural ethnic villages. Winding your way up terraced hillsides pass through villages of the Gurung and Chhetri ethnic people and emerge onto ridges to indulge in incredible views. The highlight and high point of the trek is Poonhill which offers the best panoramic views of the long stretching high Himalayas – Annapurna, Dhaulagiri

and the mesmerizing fish-tail pinnacle of Machhapuchhre

  Itinerary of Ghorepani Trek in Detail

Day 01 : Kathmandu to Pokhara (Overland)

Day 02 : Pokhara to Nayapul (Drive) Nayapul to Tikedhunga

Day 03 : Tikedhunga to Ghorepani

Day 04 : Ghorepani to Poonhill and back to Ghorepani. Ghorepani to Tadapani

Day 05 : Tadapani to Ghandruk

Day 06 : Ghandruk to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara.
